Registration

Session Information
- Details for the date and time of your presentation can be found under your online profile HERE.
- We recommend that speakers arrive 30 minutes before their session to pick up their conference badge at the registration desk and report to their session room 15 minutes before their presentation.
- Business attire is recommended for all speakers.
Presentation Materials
- We will make session material available to Women in Leadership Summit All Access attendees on a password protected website as downloadable PDFs.
- Material must be free of any specific product endorsements and must not contain any derogatory or otherwise disparaging reference about any specific product or company.
- Please title your presentation as follows. (Alexis Ferenczy_WiRL_2025)
- Below is a downloadable PowerPoint template that we require all speakers to use. We ask that you submit your presentation by February 7, 2025.
- Please bring your PowerPoint on a flash drive to the conference as a backup.

AV Information
The Women in Leadership Summit team will supply a wireless clicker, LED projector and a screen and microphone. There will be a conference laptop in each session room. We highly recommend using the house laptop to avoid any technical errors.Venue and Hotel Information
The Women in Leadership Summit runs February 19-20, 2025, at the Grand Hyatt Nashville. Information regarding the hotel and travel to the Grand Hyatt can be found HERE. The Women in Leadership Summit team has secured a limited number of discounted hotel rooms at the Grand Hyatt. If you have not reserved your room, be sure to book soon before the hotel sells out.Questions and Information
