Known for her ability to drive consistency and efficiency at scale, Mariana specializes in optimizing business processes, leading cross-functional teams, and enhancing the guest experience.
Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations Excellence for Firehouse Subs in the U.S. and Canada, Mariana leads initiatives that elevate operational standards, strengthen franchisee performance, and drive long-term growth. Her work includes leading large-scale projects to streamline processes, implement systems for continuous improvement, and scale best practices across the brand.
Prior to this role, she oversaw regional operations for Tim Hortons in Canada, managing hundreds of locations and leading corporate compliance and audit efforts.
