Nichole joined Red Lobster in the fall of 2024, as the iconic restaurant brand was beginning a new chapter in its story, and on the heels of its recent acquisition. As part of the new leadership team, her charge is simple: to cultivate the greatest restaurant comeback of all time. She is now on a mission to revitalize a brand that is inextricably woven into the North American cultural fabric, to reestablish Red Lobster’s role in the hearts and minds of millions of consumers.
Over her 20+ year professional career, Nichole has focused on driving growth for multi-unit restaurants and retailers, as well as global food & beverage brands, both on the agency and marketer side. Prior to joining Red Lobster, she spent several years at Smokey Bones, where she led the restaurant group through a rebranding and highly transformational period. She is a creatively-minded marketer, brand-builder and food & beverage program innovator, with a love for storytelling and passion for partnerships.
While a marketer by trade, she is no stranger to operations, as her early career began on the service side and she later opened a small farm-to-table restaurant in Washington, DC. Nichole has always loved the power that food has to bring people together, and from an early age sought to foster meaningful connections via memorable meals.
