Under her leadership, the brand launched a loyalty app, which has grown to over 300,000 members, achieving an average participation rate of 12%—positioning the company above the 75th percentile of the casual dining benchmark. This strategic initiative is significant, as Condado’s loyalty members are four times more valuable than non-loyalty members.
Recently, Condado Tacos received the 2023 “Digital Innovator Award” from PAR Technology’s Punchh, a global restaurant technology company that highlights brands excelling in customized loyalty programs, digital campaigns, and personalized offers. Additionally, Condado’s social me- dia presence expanded significantly, reaching over 320,000 followers.
Kear’s expertise in digital marketing, analytics, brand storytelling, and team building has been critical to her success. Prior to joining Condado, she worked at Adept Marketing, where she helped grow the firm from a start-up to one of the largest and most respected privately-owned marketing agencies in the Midwest, serving clients such as Homage, The Ohio State University, Scotts Miracle-Gro, and Jeni’s Ice Cream.
