Denise Cox is the Executive Vice President of Customer at Olo (NYSE: OLO), a leading restaurant technology provider. Cox has served in this role since May 2023, where she leads all aspects of the customer experience including Account Management, Implementation, Professional Services, and Customer Support. She brings over 25 years of high-tech customer experience leadership and sees service as a differentiator that can drive product sales and customer loyalty.
Before joining Olo, Cox served as the Chief Customer Officer at Omnicell and Vice President of the Americas Customer Experience (CX) at Cisco. She also spent over a decade at NetApp in a variety customer-facing roles, including Professional Services, Customer Support, and Customer Success during the company’s growth from a $750 million to over $6 billion organization. In addition, Denise has been a frequent speaker at women in technology events including Grace Hopper, Simmons Leadership Conference, and Watermark.
Cox holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and a BA in Communication.
