These range from fast casual to fine dining and span across 16 locations in DFW and Nashville. Jessica plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of well-known brands under Milkshake Concepts, including Vidorra, Harper’s Steakhouse, The Finch, Saaya, STIRR, Serious Pizza and Serious Eats. Her strategic leadership has been instrumental in driving the group’s impressive projected revenue of $75M for 2024.
Jessica’s journey in the hospitality industry began with The Food Hall Co., where she swiftly advanced from an intern to a corporate-level Marketing Manager over a three-year period, contributing significantly to the growth and success of upscale food halls including Legacy Hall in Plano, TX, and Assembly Food Hall in Nashville.
Holding a Master’s in Management and a B.A. in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Jessica combines her academic background with hands-on experience to excel in her field.
