Refunds for attendee registrations will follow this refund schedule:
If canceled by 11/26/25, a refund will be issued for the amount paid less $100.
If canceled by 1/3/26, a refund will be issued for the amount paid less $200.
If canceled by 2/13/26, a refund will be issued for the amount paid less $300.
No refunds will be issued after 2/13/25.

Refunds for industry consultants will follow this refund schedule:
If canceled by 11/26/25, a refund will be issued for the amount paid less $500.
If canceled by 1/3/26, a refund will be issued for the amount paid less $750.
If canceled by 2/13/26, a refund will be issued for the amount paid less $1,000.
No refunds will be issued after 2/13/26.
