As the founder of Pastanito, Fresh Pasta Fast, I’m leading a bold reimagining of what pasta can be: fresh, vegan-friendly, lightning-fast, and franchise-ready. What began as a restaurant concept is now a vertically integrated brand with in-house manufacturing, national retail distribution, a growing franchise program, and an expanding lineup of fast-casual offerings.
Before Pastanito, I built and ran several full-service restaurants, giving me firsthand insight into the complexities of operations, team development, guest experience, and profitability in both independent and multi-unit settings.
