Felicia White is an experienced leader in the hospitality industry, supporting businesses with achieving operations excellence, exceeding goals, and managing change.
Felicia serves as a volunteer and board member with CHART (Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers), and is President for the 2024-2025 service term. She also serves on the advisory board for Women in Restaurant Leadership (WiRL), and is a member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum. She is also a sought after subject matter expert in Front Line Leadership Development and presents at various organization events on building leadership development and mentorship programs. Felicia also leads Learning and Leadership Development for Ascent Hospitality Management, the parent company for Perkins and Huddle House.
Felicia was recognized in 2023 as one of the Women in Leadership honorees in 2023, recognized as one of the most influential restaurant executives in the country in The Power List: Reader Picks (2020) by Nation’s Restaurant News, and selected as the winner in the Innovator category in the 2020 Top Women in Restaurant Technology at the Multi-Unit Restaurant Technology Conference. She self-published a book: Bowties and Cowboy Boots, Lessons in Life and Leadership, sharing leadership learnings from her personal experiences.
Felicia holds various training certifications including Certified Hospitality Trainer, an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts, a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and Doctorate in Education in Adult Learning and Workforce Development.
