Jackie Woodward joined Bojangles in 2019 as Chief Brand and Marketing Officer with more than 30 years of marketing experience in domestic and global markets. Since that time, she has made many significant contributions that have helped modernize Bojangles and position the beloved Southern brand for growth.
Jackie played a key role in ensuring that Bojangles not only survived but also thrived during the pandemic. She relaunched the Bojangles brand; helped launch third-party delivery ahead of schedule; marketed new products like Bo’s Chicken Sandwich and attracted new customers to a reinvigorated dinner business.
Prior to joining Bojangles, Jackie held several leadership positions at Krispy Kreme, General Mills, MillerCoors and McDonald’s. She operates at the intersection of brands, consumers and technology to drive results and inspires her team to execute with excellence.
