Cole is a results-driven marketing leader and her extensive experience driving growth for multi-unit organizations has been incredibly beneficial for Smokey Bones. She has quickly grown with the company, having joined as our VP of Marketing in 2021 and then in just under a year, her talents and commitment to building our business helped propel her to her current role as our Chief Marketing Officer. Since launching a new brand positioning and campaign in 2021, ‘Meat is What We Do,’ Cole has increased relevance and awareness of our business, ultimately leading to a record-breaking year for comparable store sales in 2021.
Cole brings a fantastic blend of creativity and strategic thinking to her role. In addition to traditional Marketing functions, she also oversees the beverage program and has been elevating our cocktail menu and features to drive traffic to our bars. Her efforts have helped earn us industry recognition and acclaim, winning the Marketing Award for Beverage Excellence from Hospitality Executive Exchange and through Cheers Cole has been instrumental in launching two new virtual restaurants and BiteHall.com, the first-of-its-kind virtual food hall, making all five of Smokey Bones’ restaurants available on one check and in one delivery. She has been recognized by FSR Magazine as one of the 13 Most Influential Marketing Leaders in the Restaurant Industry.
