Important Dates & Deadlines
- Book your room by January 29, 2025, to secure the hotel block rate. Click here for more details and reservations.
- Sponsor Set-up: Wednesday, February 19th, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
- Sponsor Tear-down: Thursday, February 20th, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
- Schedule your shipment(s) to arrive 3 days prior to the start of the event. Ship to the address label standards found in Shipping & Handling under Order Forms & Resources.
Tabletop Logistics
- You will be provided with a 6-foot draped table and 2 chairs.
- Your space behind your table will allow for a backdrop OR pop-up banner(s) of 8 feet or less.
- Suggested times to man your table are all networking breaks and on site receptions.
- Electricity is not included. The order form is listed under Order Forms & Resources.
Hotel
The event will take place in the meeting space of the Grand Hyatt Nashville, located in the middle of the action, within walking distance of downtown Broadway. The hotel features a rooftop bar and pool, a spa and seven different food and beverage experiences.
